By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking any button indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Baymontis is a real-time geopolitical and market intelligence platform that provides live event monitoring, AI-assisted analysis, commodity and foreign exchange data, intelligence briefs, and actor dossiers. The Service aggregates publicly available information and applies AI-assisted analysis to present structured intelligence summaries.
Content on the platform is generated through a combination of automated data aggregation, AI-assisted processing, and editorial curation. All content is provided for informational and research purposes only.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, TRADING RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY SERVICE. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, security, commodity, or asset of any kind.
Intelligence Briefs, Actor Dossiers, market impact assessments, scenario matrices, and all other analytical content produced by the Service are AI-assisted summaries intended for general informational and research purposes only. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on any content from the Service as the sole basis for any financial, investment, legal, operational, or policy decision.
Baymontis expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made in reliance on information published through the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@baymontis.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Baymontis is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
Baymontis offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Premier, and Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on your renewal date unless cancelled prior to renewal.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Baymontis and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Baymontis reserves the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us first at support@baymontis.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. By subscribing, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a charge you authorized constitutes a breach of these Terms. Baymontis reserves the right to terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allowance of Intelligence Briefs and Actor Dossiers as described on our pricing page. These allowances reset on your monthly renewal date. Unused allowances do not carry over to the following month. Baymontis reserves the right to modify plan allowances with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content, design, software, trademarks, and materials on the Service are the property of Baymontis LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written consent from Baymontis.
Intelligence Briefs, Actor Dossiers, and other analytical outputs are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, misattributions, outdated information, or analytical gaps. Baymontis makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
References to named individuals, organizations, governments, or entities in AI-generated content are based on publicly available information and pattern analysis. Such references should not be construed as verified factual statements. Always independently verify critical information before acting on it.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data infrastructure), and various public data sources. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Baymontis is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BAYMONTIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BAYMONTIS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYMONTIS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BAYMONTIS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baymontis LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Baymontis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@baymontis.com or through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Baymontis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
