Each time you generate an Intelligence Brief for an event, it counts as one use against your monthly allowance. Refreshing or regenerating a brief for the same event does not count again as the brief is cached for the session.
What counts as an Actor Dossier?▼
Each Actor Dossier generated for a named actor counts as one use. Dossiers are cached within the session, so opening the same actor again does not consume an additional use.
When do my monthly allowances reset?▼
Your brief and dossier allowances reset on your monthly renewal date, which is the same day of the month you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your allowances reset on the 15th of each month. Unused allowances do not carry over.
What is the difference between Pro and Premier?▼
Premier subscribers receive significantly higher monthly allowances for Intelligence Briefs and Actor Dossiers, along with 12 months of Event History retention. It is designed for practitioners who require maximum analytical throughput across multiple simultaneous events and actors.
What is Event History?▼
Event History allows you to access events and analyses from previous sessions. Free accounts are session only, meaning Event History clears when you close the platform. Plus subscribers retain 30 days of history, Pro subscribers retain 90 days, and Premier subscribers retain 12 months. Enterprise accounts have a custom retention window negotiated as part of their agreement.
Can I cancel at any time?▼
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next scheduled renewal date.
How does billing work?▼
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically every 30 days from your start date. You will receive an email before each renewal. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
